For Auction is an original 1963 Dodge 440 4 Dr. Sedan factory A/C Car with a 318. nbsp;with a Auto Push Button Trans. Car is an original Arkansas unmolested time capsule. Bought this car last year to transform it into an Altered A/FX Wheel Base Car but discovered this car is to nice for me to cut up. I went and bought another 4dr that came with a 2dr post body for my next A/FX PROJECT. Thought I'd offer it for sale. Car runs and drives. and does not smoke. miles are low for its age. Tires are fair. Brakes work. Chrome and trim is all in good shape. Engine compartment is compete and is all original except for new battery. A/C Compressor is locked and needs placing or rebuilt. Exhaust is all good but needs a muffler. I dropped the tank. cleaned it out and replaced the fuel sending unit and replaced the tank strap. Body is solid. one rust hole in left rear 1/4 panel at very lower rear. small. Floors are solid. truck does have some rust holes over tank area as a result of the trunk mat. nothing that could not be fixed. Paint is nice. second time around it appears. Needs a good rub out to bring it to life. Motor compartment needs a good detailing. There appears to be no bents to speck of and if so. nothing major. Interior needs work. Seats need recovering. Head liner needs to be replaced. and carpet should be replaced to complete the inside. Door panels are all very nice. Dash pad needs to be re-glued. but dash itself and the A/C ducks are in very nice condition. Windows are all good. and I believe the car was a tinted glass car. Like to turn this car over to someone that would like to restore it and drive it. Great grand pa grand ma cruiser. It is a very nice 1963 Dodge 440 A/C car in great shape that would be easy to bring back to show room condition with little effort and would not break the bank. It would also make a great car for transformation into a 2 door post Max Wedge or Hemi car. Seller will help buyer arrange transportation. buyer is responsible for all shipping cost.
