Description for Dodge Charger 1971

Here I have my real 1971 charger RT it has a matching numbers standard transmission, non matching date coded rebuilt engine. I don't have the build sheet or the fender tag but is a real RT. The vin reads WS23UIAI0XXXX. Car was fully restored on a rotisserie with all removable parts (doors exc.) were painted separately, everthing painted inside and out, professionally done. The car is currently not running but one can have it running within a few weekends. All that is needed to be in running condition is to finish hooking up the clutch spring, connect the wiring under the hood, add a new battery, add emergency brake wiring (not needed to run), prime engine and should be ready to go. The paint is in great condition which was done a few years ago and has no chips or scratches, no swirls on paint either as car has only been washed twice since painted it had been in storage for two years and the last year under my car port with car cover I would rate it a 9 out of 10. Car also painted same color under the hood, trunk, engine compartment, and undercarriage. If you see any specks on pics it's just dust or dirt. I have all the parts to finish the car except for the car battery and a few trims. Tomorrow I will list all the parts that have been restored or that i bought new from year one. I will also be adding more pics of the car tomorrow. There is absolutely no rust on the car whatsoever. The vinyl rooftop was not installed perfectly but you cannot notice unless inspected carefully, I was gonna have it replaced but never got around to it. It also has power windows, non console pistol grip, tachometer and front and rear spoiler. The year one rallye wheels aren't included but I do have new wheels with new tires that come with the car will shown on pics. If you plan to bid on car please make sure it's what you want so we won't waste each other's time. You can message me if you have any questions about the car or you can text me to my cell and I will call you as soon as I'm available. You are more than welcome to come see the car yourself with scheduled appointment. The only reason I'm selling car is cause I have to many projects and don't have any time to work on it. I don't need any help selling car so only contact me if your interested in buying car and no trades. Car starts at 25,000 with no reserve so highest bidder will win car. If you are looking at these cars then you know how much money it takes to get these mopars into this condition. I have way more money invested than I could ever get back so my loss is your gain. Clear title in hand. If car sells I would require an immediate $500 non refundable deposit, and the rest must be wired transferred to my bank or cash on hand when picking up car. No cashier checks or any other form of payment what's so ever. Title will be mailed overnight once payment clears. Will post more info and pics soon so y'all have a blessed day and thank you for your consideration. Louis D.

I'm truly sorry but I have made a mistake the car does not have a matching numbers manual trans as the car is originally an automatic converted to a manual. I have several cars that I haven't worked on in years so I simply made a mistake but the transmission is date coded. Will add better pics tomorrow.

Was not able to take pics today due to it raining on and off all day but will post them tomorrow for sure. Will also like to add that the rear end has been rebuilt. The universal shaft is not installed but will be included and the charger will need a complete exhaust kit but does have correct year exhaust manifolds. Almost all the trim and chrome has either been polished or rechromed.

New dash pad

New chrome repo door sill mouldings

New repo wheel mouldings

Rear end is either 3:55 gears or 4:10 can't quite remember but I will check once I get the charger out from under my carport tomorrow.

New engine wiring from year one

New car seat covers from year one

New repo side marker lenses from year one
