Description for Dodge Ramcharger 1988

1988 Dodge Ramcharger 150 LE: 318 v8, 4x, Automatic, ZERO RUST.
OVERALL: Runs and drives very well. 96,500 Miles. Very recent tune up ( plugs, wires, coil, distributor cap, new radiator cap, full fluid change front to back. Fresh tires and wheels. Zero Rust California / Southern Oregon truck. Clear coat is gone, a few dent, cracked windshield. Window motors need replaced which is why the door panels are off. ( have good used parts just haven't put them in yet) HVAC Blower motor needs replaced. Some interior panels are red, some are tan. The front buckets were swapped out for a bench seat. A/C needs recharged. Excellent classic daily driver as is or with some time, funds and love you could have a quality show piece or better yet a Cummins Swap with Dana 60's
DRIVE TRAIN: The recently tuned up, fuel injected 318 starts right up and sounds great with the flowmaster muffler ( was a CA emissions truck). Optima RedTop battery. Fresh oil / coolant / gear oil front, rear, transfer case / transmission fluid. Goes into the selected gears smoothly and shifts well with the 727 auto transmission. New shocks all around. New belts except for the power steering. Rear tires are almost still new and the fronts are no less than 70, probably closer to 80%. Cooper Discoverer AT/3's. Brakes work very well. The transfer case shifts easily and engages 4 LO and 4 HI ( Has 4 LO Loc and 4 HI Loc as well ) although the dash lights do not light up. Has a newer tow hitch, 2 7 pin outlets and one four wire I believe.
EXTERIOR: ZERO RUST Outside, Inside or Underneath. The clear coat is gone due to the tough summer sun out in the high desert. Paint is faded. The hood emblems are missing. Front and rear bumpers are in very good condition for the age of the automobile. 95% lights work, one bulb need replaced in a tail light. Headlights are stuck on high beam. This automobile has a few dents and scrapes as it is almost 30 years old but overall the panels are very straight and line up well. Doors close tight with no sagging. Previous owner took the trim off the sides. 1 or 2 missing pieces of window chrome. Rear hatch liftgate shocks work well. Windshield wipers work well with new Bosch Wipers.
INTERIOR: The original front buckets are gone and were replaced with a three person bench seat in pretty good condition. The drivers side has a spot where it was sewn up but otherwise rip free. The gear indicator on the dash is missing it's indicator mark. Cruise control works. The high beams are stuck on so the High / Lo stalk could use replacing. The window regulators and power motors are out of the doors waiting to be reinstalled with new used motors. The switches are in the back seat with the parts as well as the front door panels. The back seat is red and in good condition with no rips or holes. Some of the interior panels are red and some are tan. The back has a working roof vent that does not leak. The HVAC blower motor should be replaced or at least removed, cleaned and reinstalled.
