Description for Dodge Challenger 1974
Offering Very Nice 74 Challenger with incredible Sublime Green over Black Interior. This car has been gone through and much has been invested with great workmanship and detail. Very strong. fresh 383 motor with 750 Demon Carb. 2 1/2" exhaust and more provide a very robust healthy sound and performance. Not sure of exact miles on the motor but this car runs very strong. my guess is about 400+HP. 727 Torque flight tranny with mods. 8 3/4/ 17/8 rear end. Exact gears not known but pretty sure they are 3. 91's. According to block numbers it's a 71 or earlier. Fully rally gauge pack with all in working condition. speedometer is off a bit. Disc brakes in front. power brakes and steering. Aluminum radiator with elec fan. Interior is all updated per pics but again is very nice 9/10. All tires have great tread. Interior has also been updated and in great shape. with no cracks in dash pad. This beautiful Challenger has been done right with much more invested than it will sell for. I have been buying and selling mostly Mopars for 25 years and this paint is the nicest I have seen. Even attention to wet sanding inner wheel wells . All under car work was done very nicely and there is no sign of any floor pan or metal replacement. Very nicely detail undercarriage. Doors. hood and trunk line up and shut perfectly. All suspension components were also updated. Car drives perfectly straight with little or no rattles. With a small investment and TLC this is a 9/10 driver. local car show car. To make the car a bit closer to perfect on exterior I would re-chrome mirrors and front bumper. I don't know the exact details of the car since previous owner did not provide and I bought at an auction so I will do my best to answer reasonable questions. Please do not inquire or "tire kick" unless you are serious. Please understand this car. like most other 40+ yr old muscle cars has a few minor issues and is not perfect. I don't know the exact details of the car since previous owner did not provide so I will do my best to answer reasonable questions. I have many more pics I would be happy to share IF interested in bidding. See my feedback
