This is a California car which migrated to Oregon a few years ago. It recently returned and has been retitled in California. It passed smog in January 2019 and would have no problems passing again if required by buyer's jurisdiction. At present time it is on Planned Non Operation (PNO), but if purchased by a California resident I will pay current year registration. The item is available for inspection by appointment.
