Description for Dodge Dart 1973

I picked this up with the intent of doing some body work and getting it on the road but life is getting in the way and I am unable to get everything done to this when I want to get it done. It needs a bunch of work and has rust in the typical areas. It does look like there is probably 90% of a car, looks like almost everything is labeled.
