Runs and drives. I did not do any highway miles or long distance road trips. Just driven around the neighborhood.
The convertible rack is intact, the cylinders and lines were left in place to facilitate replacement if needed. There is NO fabric on the top because I didn’t know what color I was going to actually paint the vehicle. The car also comes with the factory rear metal convertible trim with snaps. The trim is not installed, but is used to attach a convertible boot.
No rust or holes in the body. Evident in the original photographs prior to applying the kustom faux patina and pinstriping.
Headlights, signal lights and int. Lights function as they should. I can’t remember if the horn works.
Previous floor patches on the front driver/pass areas.
New Mexico car since 1984, so it has a NM Title. It’s been in Connecticut making her roadworthy for 2 years.
Kustom 50’s REAL convertible that won’t break your budget and you won’t see another one like it. These are rare! Look at that hood ornament.
Drive it dirty or paint it during the winter. I was going to upgrade the drivetrain w a baby Hemi, but I purchased another vehicle.
Do your research, these convertibles don’t come up for sale very often even rarer to see them at a car show. The Plymouth is seen more often.
Again, it has a clear New Mexico Title that was registered from day 1 with the Engine and frame number. This was common in some States back in the 50’s, look it up. I can provide photographs of all three (3) items prior to your purchase.
