This highly customized Charger is the very first year of the infamous Charger that is still being built to this day. This flagship car for Dodge has a massive following and highly respected in the Mopar community. This ZERO RUST all original body panel example has amazing bright work and retains ALL of its original glass. The paint is a 9 out of 10 and it features a perfectly placed black R/T stripe on it s rear end. The classic lines and unmistakably unique interior set many firsts in the car industry. Most notably, this is the first car to have bucket seats in both the front and rear with a continuous console from front to back! Of course this car features a uniquely designed and custom interior that both brings the comfort up to todays standards but still maintains the originality of its initial design. The problematic original phosphoric gauges have been replaced with all custom gauges. Highly accurate GPS speedometer and LED lighting make the gauges both accurate, reliable and bright! We also installed Vintage custom A/C in the car that blows ice cold. Engine has strong original 383 with dual Edelbrock 4 Barrel carbs on Offenhaeuser intake and Edelbrock finned aluminum heads.Ceramic coated headers and new dual exhaust allow this beast to free flow and has a sound you will love. The cam has a great sound and the disk brakes are enhanced with a pneumatic booster for the WIlwood master cylinder. A high torque compact starter and recently purchased battery assure fast crisp starting. Car has been lowered and the custom wheels give this car the perfect stance. Power steering also makes this car turn on a dime and cruises are smooth and responsive.
