It could use a headliner and upholstery repair only on the driver's seat as well as some other minor upkeep. Truck runs and drives. will need tires to pass inspection. Coolant Temp gauge not responding and fuel gauge reads but won't go over 3/4. Some rust spots in lower rocker panels which is common - one side is rusted through in lowest part of rocker.
