Distributor:the car will run(and stop slightly). nbsp;but it needs the timing set. nbsp;I don't have a timing light and wouldn't know how to do it myself anyway. I basically tried to get it at top dead center(by myself) and put the distributor in so I know its not timed exactly where it should be. I was just thinking a new Dist would help me in my quest plus everything else is new but that original unit. I haven't messed with the brakes because that is also an area in which I have no experience with. It has an aftermarket wiring harness but does not have the headlights hooked up.
