Up for bid is a regular cab 1984 Dodge Ram D100 (not 1500) 1/2-Ton Short Bed Pickup Truck equipped from the factory with the indestructible 225 cubic inch slant six engine and Torqueflite 3-speed automatic transmission, ir-conditioning, ower steering, ower brakes, nd sliding rear window. From top to bottom, his Ram is a solid body and frame, 9% rust free survivor, rom its original factory white paint and drive train down to its stock dog dish/poverty hubcaps with trim rings, nd the original owners manual in the glove box. Even the exhaust system, hich is in very good condition, ppears to be original due to its all welded construction. The 5-digit odometer is currently at 56,111 (and counting) but it is not known if it is the actual mileage or not since I am not the original owner. The only non-factory alterations made to this truck include an upgrade over the original (and not so user friendly) "electronic fuel control system" module in the air cleaner housing to a more reliable and modern fender-mounted ECU system, he installation of an aftermarket AM/FM/Cassette Stereo plus door speakers, nd the replacement of the factory carpet with black vinyl flooring.
This truck starts, uns, rives, nd stops very well with no smoke, attles, queaks, r other abnormal noises and is a real pleasure to drive. The only mechanical issue is a small oil drip at the oil pan gasket only while the engine is running.
Due to age and normal wear and tear, he following new parts have recently been installed to bolster the safety, eliability, nd driving comfort of this truck:

The only interior issues are the gear selector indicator is missing from the instrument cluster and the driver's seat cushion upholstery is torn, ence the aftermarket seat cover.
Overall the exterior of the truck is in amazing condition considering its age of 31 years. Please look at the photos to get a better idea of the following described paint and body issues: The original paint coat has thinned resulting in areas of primer beginning to show thru the paint. Also, here are areas on the lower half of each door and passenger rear quarter where there is peeling from a previous spot repaint job. There are 2 minor dents on the hood and one on the tailgate. There is also a small dent in the aluminum grille surround and a small piece of the driver turn signal lens is broken off. The only rust worthy of note is on the driver's door as a result of the driver resting his arm on the window opening over the years and wearing off the paint down to bare metal.
With continued proper care and maintenance which it truly deserves, his truck should provide many more miles of enjoyable driving and is being sold "as is - where is" with no warranty expressed or implied.
