This listing is for a 1958 Edsel Ranger 2dr hardtop. The car runs and drives nice. There exterior is in good shape with no dents but has chips and scratches in the paint. I'm not sure but it may be the original paint. It does have a crack on the drivers side of the windshield. the hood ornament is missing and the right outer tail light lens is missing and the left one has some damage (chip and crack) however reproductions of these are readily available. The tires have a fair amount of tread but I do not know how old they are. I would guess old enough they should be replaced. The interior has been redone some time in the not to distant past but not as original. It has been done in blue and white velour on the seats and also a portion of the door and quarter panels. I am listing this vehicle for a friend therefore I do not know much of the history however if there are specific details requested I will contact the owner or his mechanic and get the answers if at all possible. The car is located in Los Angeles. CA. The value of the car per Old Car Price Guide is approximately $7000 however I am starting the bidding at much lower with no reserve or buy it now. $500 deposit is required within 48 hours of auction ending and the rest by certified funds within 7 days or as agreed to by the owner of the vehicle. Pickup of the vehicle is to be coordinated with the owner.
