This is a Factory Red paint code "F" for President Red, 1959 Edsel Corsair 2 door Hardtop 1 of only about 2400 2 door Corsairs ever made, solid car, starts right up and purrs, drives like a car from 1959, Manual Steering, Manual Brakes column shift automatic, original 332 MEL engine 2 barrel carburetor, leaks a few drops of oil. Generator, has new battery.  Smooth running and driving car. Gets TONS AND TONS of attention everywhere both men and women love this car, has newer thin white wall tires, factory 14 inch steel wheels with Edsel Hubcaps. Interior was replaced and some time in the past, good and usable but not show quality or factory seatbelts added, paint from what I can tell is original and is a "10 footer" has hard water spots on it but adding flax seed oil brings the shine right back. Car has dings here and there in the body and trim. But most importantly this is a solid car that would need minimal body work. No fillers on this car. Has had some rear quarter panel work that is primered and in pictures. But for a 1959 this is a super solid car by anyone's standards. All lights work, headlights, courtesy dome light, tail lights, dash lights work but I think it's time for a new light switch as you have to kind of play with it until they come on. Heater works.
