You are bidding on a 1981 308 GTBi. We are a Ferrari Parts Supply Company and we stock millions of dollars in new Ferrari parts inventory and we break or "part out" apprx 25 or so Ferrari. each year. Once in a while we get a car that just can not get cut up. While most of the cars are getting tougher to get parts for we feel it is necessary to sacrifice one to save a handful and keep them on the road or for shows. collectors etc. This car is just to original to break period. We have parted about 20 plus 308. in the last few years but none of them have ever been a coupe. Theywere all in fact targa top QV. GTSI. or GTS. . Point being this coupe is a rare car. As seen or not seen in the photos from what I can tell this car seems to be very original with nothing missing. It has the spare tire and hold down as well as the original foam under the hood. the original nardi steering wheel. shift knob wheels and ALL the glass is original. The door rubbers and window rubber is in good shape. The body paint is faded and there is some rust under the door lower panels as that is a very common issue on the 308. . We do carry stock and sell new lower skins for those if needed. This car does need to be restored likely. I have receipts that we were supplied with from a ferrari shop at about 11k for work done overthe last few years. This is the perfect car for someone to buy. rehab. keep and enjoy while making money during probable appreciation as theseare starting to do now and over the years to come.
