Description for Fiat Other 1964
1964 Fiat 1500 Spider for Sale 1964 Fiat 1500 Pininfarina Roadster Solid Body and Rockers - Very Straight ......please be patient while the many photos load.....1966 Fiat 1500 Roadster for sale by Left Coast Classics in Sonoma California. Designed by Pininfarina with the distinctive similarities of the Ferrari 250. This example has been in California it's entire life as evidenced by the vintage black and yellow California issued plates and has been off the road since at least three decades. Believed to have only 78K miles. It is a complete car with all it's bits and pieces and no modifications.
It appears to be accident and body filler free. The body and rocker panels are straight and solid. There are two small rust through spots in the floor, ach approximately an inch. One is on the left drivers side near the clutch pedal, nother on the passenger side front foot well. There is minor surface rust at the bottom of the right rear quarter panel. These areas are insignificant as the floor sections can be addressed with small sheet patches and the lower left quarter surface rust should grind right off. Perfect to restore as there is nothing hiding, o surprises.
This Fiat still wears it's original red paint in the trunk and interior. It has been sprayed white one time on its exterior at some point early in it's 51 year life. It will require a restoration but you know what you are getting with this 1500. It is an honest, nmolested classic. The trim is surprisingly nice, lass, op frame, rill, tc.
I have not made any attempt to start the car and it has not been started in several decades.
These rare early Fiats are increasing in value due to their Italian panache and the ever increasing prices of their cousins, lfa's, ancia's, nd Ferrari's. Will be delivered with a clean CA title.
