It quickly expanded in the 1970's. Vehicle was a member of Italian group "De Club Van" and winner to two annual awards for best two-tone interior and best two-tone exterior paint. The vehicle has preserved it's pristine condition inside and out. This car has a healthy 499.5 cc air-cooled engine delivering 17.5 bhp mated to a 4 speed manual gear box and packaged in a rear engine/rear wheel drive platform. The most important element, technically, is the different architecture of the twin-cylinder engine which was laid on its side 'like a sole', as they said at Fiat, so that it could fit under the flat loading surface.
