Description for Fiat 500 1959

Bianchina Transformable Speciale using a Fiat 500 chassis. The original engine has been replaced with a larger fiat 126 engine including electronic ignition. The floor was replaced at one time. Brakes have been completely rebuilt. The car is used in the summer in a small beach town along Lake Michigan.
The car was rebuilt in 2009 including new roof, paint, interior, chrome bumpers etc. We have driven the care approximately 2,300 miles after the restoration. This spring a new battery was installed and all fluids were changed and the fuel tank was removed, cleaned and repaired.
The car is a favorite at cars shows. The color is softened yellow PPG single stage enamel.
