WE EVEN INSTALLED A NEW OVERFOW BOTTLE AND WINDSHIELD WASHER RESERVOIR WITH NEW MOTOR. THE SQUIRTERS ACTUALLY WORK. THIS IS A TURN KEY AWESOME BRONCO THAT WE PUT A WHOLE LOT OF HOURS AND MONEY INTO. THAT BRINGS US TO THE BODY
THE BODY: IS ALL STOCK PANELS WITH NEW FRONT FLOOR PANS. IT WAS NEARLY RUST FREE WHEN WE RECEIVED IT EXCEPT FOR TWO SMALL RUST HOLES IN THE BOTTOM OF THE ROCKER PANELS AND SMALL RUST OUT AT THE INNER FENDERS IN THE ENGINE BAY. THEY ARE NEW 18 GUAGE METAL NOW AND THE ROCKERS ARE FROM TOM' S BRONCO PARTS. WORK WAS EASY ON THE BRONK BECAUSE THE BODY WAS SO DARNED STRAIGHT. THE SMALLEST AMOUNTS OF FILLER WERE USED WHERE WE REMOVED THE AUXILIARRY TANK ASSEMBLY TO GO TO A SINGLE FILL FOR THE NEW 24 GALLON TANK. IT TOOK 24.6 GALLONS OF 92 OCTANE THIS MORNING. LOL EVEN THE FILLER HOSE AND VENT ARE NEW. THE BILLET FILLER CAP IS PRETTY COOL LOOKING. THE HOOD, OORS, ND TAILGATE WERE REMOVED AND PAINTED SEPARATELY BUT AT THE SAME TIME AND BATCH. THE PAINT COLOR IS "GRABBER BLUE" A 1970 BOSS 302 COLOR AND IS A 3 STAGE BASE CLEAR PAINT JOB. IT TURNED OUT EXTREMELY NICE. EM2 PAINTED THE ENGINE BAY AND UNDERBODY SEPARATELY TO AVOID OVERSPRAY FROM THE PAINT SHOP AND OF COURSE NOT HAVING TO DO IT TWICE. WE USED ALL NEW EMBLEMS, OLISHED STAINLESS STEEL QUICK RELEASE DOOR HINGES, EW TRIPLE-CHROME PLATED BUMPERS & BUMPER BOLTS FROM TBP, nbsp;NEW WEATHERSTRIPPING, EW WINDSHIELD AND RUBBER, EW RAPTOR LINING IN THE BED AND TAILGATE, ATCHING TWO STAGE DASH PAINT, EW LED LIGHTING AND HI OUTPUT HALOGEN LIGHTING IN THE HEADLIGHTS, EW HEADLIGHT RINGS, I DEF GRILL LETTERS, TAINLESS FASTENERS FOR THE FLARES AND NEW FLARES AND WELTING. THE SHOW QUALITY DOOR HANDLES AND LOCKS ARE NEW SO ONE KEY OPERATES THE IGNITION AND DOORS. THE FACTORY CARLITE GLASS IS IN VERY, ERY GOOD SHAPE. WE ADJUSTED AND SHIMMED THE DOORS AS A FINE TUNING PROJECT AFTER THE INITIAL SHAKEDOWN CRUISE. WE ALSO USED NEW FASTENERS, /16-18 NUTSERTS AND STAINLESS STEEL WHEREVER WE NEEDED NEW FASTENERS. NO OLD NUTS AND BOLTS WERE USED AND NO OLD LENSES OR LIGHTS WERE USED. THE WIRING IS PAINLESS AND HAS WATER PROOF CONNECTORS FOR LIGHTING AND THE ENGINE BAY. WE USED DUAL ELECTRIC HORNS WITH A NEW RELAY FOR THAT FREEWAY HIGH OUTPUT SOUND . YOU CAN HEAR THE HORNS ANYWHERE. LOL FINALLY THE BODY WAS COLOR SANDED, SED A GALLON OF 4:1 CLEAR, UT BUFFED, ND CAME OUT A W E S O M E!! ALL THE LINES ARE EXCELLENT AND THE DOORS AND TAILGATE OPEN AND CLOSE AS DESIGNED. THERE IS ONE TOP WITH THIS SALE(NEW BEST TOP SOFT TOP) WHICH BRINGS US TO THE INTERIOR:
INTERIOR: NEW! NEW PRO CAR SCAT SEATING THAT RECLINES AND SLIDES UP TO 14" FOR YOU BIG N TALL TYPES OR FOR THE SMALL LEGGED LADIES. THE PASSENGER SEAT SLIDES FORWARD AND RECLINES FOR ENTRY TO THE REAR SEATING SECTION AND THE HEADRESTS CAN BE REMOVED OR ADJUSTED TO PREFERENCE. THE THREE POINT SAFETY RESTRAINTS ARE FRONT ONLY. THE REAR ARE FACTORY LAP BELTS FULLY ADJUSTABLE WITH ADDED LENGTH FOR THE BABY'S CAR SEATS. WE INSTALLED NEW DOOR AND QUARTER DELUXE PANELS, APTOR LINING, ENWOOD EXCELON STEREO WITH AM-FM-IPOD, SB, ND REMOTE. WE INSTALLED 4 NEW 320 WATT KENWOOD SPEAKERS AND CONCEALED ALL WIRING PRIOR TO CARPET AND INSULATION. THE DASH PAD, ASH PAINT, WITCHES, EATER CORE, TEERING WHEEL, ACH, ND MANUAL WHITE FACE GUAGES ARE NEW UPGRADES. YOU HAVE THE CHOICE OF STOCK GAUGES OR MANUAL GAUGES TO LOOK AT WHILE DRIVING. WE TOOK OUR TIME MAKING IT NICE. THE GLOVE BOX IS HINGED ON THE SIDE TO ALLOW USAGE WITH THE ROLL BAR 'S CLOSE TOLERANCE. THE PAINLESS FUSE BOX IS EASILY ACCESSIBLE IF YOU EVER BLOW A FUSE. THE CENTER LOCKING CONSOLE IS A SMITTYBILT AND HOUSES THE STEREO AND ALL THE RECEIPTS AND PAPERWORK FOR THE BUILD . WE TRIED TO MAKE IT MUCH BETTER THAN NEW. THE SHAKEDOWN CRUISE WAS VERY SMOOTH AND THE BRONCO HANDLED LIKE A DREAM. THE STEERING IS AS CLOSE TO RACK N PINION AS WE WILL BE ABLE TO GET ON AN OLD BRONK WITH 4WD. IT HAS ZERO PLAY AND STEERS VERY NICELY. THE POWER BRAKES ARE GREAT FOR AN EARLY BRONCO BUT ONLY ACCEPTABLE TO US BECAUSE WE DRIVE LATE MODEL 4 WHEEL DISC ABS CARS TO WORK EVERY DAY. LOL WE WENT TO 16" WHEELS FOR DISC BRAKE AND HEIM JOINT CLEARANCE. THE WHEELS ARE 16X8 WITH ZERO OFFSET AND ARE NEAR PERFECT FOR THIS RIG.
