You are bidding on a really nice Rust Free 1965 Ford Mustang Convertible that was originally sold in New York but was then transferred to California very early in its life, which the lack of rust indicates. This car spent most of its life in Los Angeles California, copy of California Title included) where it was then rescued from the former owners garage where it sat for the last 15 years. This car is believed to have 110712 original miles. This very solid original car was then sent to Dakota Classic Mustangs in South Dakota where it received a new original factory Ivy Green Metallic paint job, stage base and 5 coats of clear which really makes it shine. This cars Black Pony Interior was in really nice condition, ith just the front seats needing replaced as well as new carpet and new door panels. New wheels with Michelin tires were installed. The 200 Cubic inch 6 cyl Motor has been bored .30 over and completely gone thru by a Ford Master Mechanic with over 30 years experience and $1500.00 in machine work. Needless to say she purrs like a kitten. The automatic transmission shifts smooth and easy. The car has new wheel cylinders, aster cylinder and carb kit installed. Last but not least, new bright white Convertible top was installed and white GT stripes were applied to give it a little more character. This is about the most original car you will find with even the original AM radio working. The power steering and power top work like new. All gauges, ights, nd sending units work like they should. This car has all original floors, orque boxes, rame rails and original door data plate. This car has not had all of the extensive rust repair that most of the cars you see out there now have had. The car is completely done and needs nothing but a new owner. This car runs and drives out like a brand new car. These classic mustangs are a great investment, ith the uncertainty of the stock market, hy not invest in something tangible that you can also drive and enjoy.
