1988 Ford F-250Listed this week is probably one of the nicest older F250 Ford trucks I have came across. I bought the truck from a new car dealer that statedand I quote" the truck is sitting on 38000ACTUAL miles" I am a licensed IA. dealer and in my book due to the age of the truckyou are buying the truck mileage exempt due to federal law however I do not doubt his claim about the miles. I am just following the mileage laws laid outby the federal government. Look over the pictures you will see how clean this truck is. The vehicle runs and drives out absolutely wonderful so if you like fly in and drive it home where ever that may be. The truck is equipped withthe 460 gas engine and is very responsive and runs out like it should no unwanted noises, o check engine lights. The automatic transmission shifts as it should, o issues what so ever. The only known issue mechanically that I am aware of is the original exhaust is in need of replacing or at least a new muffler. A/C blows cool but itwas a106 heat index today and it is not keeping up with the heat outside. add a can of Freon and that should take care of the issue. Ok on to the rest of the truck the body is absolutely rust free by what I have seen. there is a small dent behind the rear passenger wheel from backing in to something or vise versa.(totally guessing) The truck looks like it has been outside most of its life it is a little oxidized and has some very minor nicks and scratches but again NO RUST. The truck hauled a 24ft 5th wheel camper. That is the only thing it hauled so I was told. Look over the interior and again if you are anything like I am you can appreciate how nice this 28 year old F250 is. Simply the interior is like BRAND NEW with out any question you can see this was by NO MEANS a work truck. The pictures should tell the tail of this old truck but if you do have a question please wait until the last couple days to ask I am on the road most of the week and have very limited access to the computer. LIKE ALL of my auctions this is a NO RESERVE AUCTION I am a wholesale car dealer with no use for the old girl. If I were in the market for something to pull a 5th wheel around and didn't want to spend $60K on a truck this would be the truck to buy.
