Description for Ford Model T 1927
Registered as a 1927 Ford. Clear California Title. Pink slip in hand. Current registration until March 2015. Look no further! Nothing says California cool like this 1927 Model T original steel roadster. Why look like all fiberglass "bucket T's" when you can have a custom built low slung 60's style rod. She sounds as good as she looks too! Fast and reliable. this baby is just waiting for summer. This roadster has only had a fraction of the media attention it deserves. Having been featured in the October 2012 issue of Hot Rod Magazine as well as issue #2 of Superfly Magazine. this roadster is sure to turn heads! This baby is built to drive. and because of that there are of course some imperfections related to wear and tear but on the road is where it belongs! Issues. well. not many. Motor leaks a small bit from the front of the new oil pan after it has run. It could probably use a little RTV in the front corners. The transmission- even though it has been rebuilt I still see a drop or two after a cruise but that's it. It starts up nicely. shifts nicely and runs cool. Aesthetically there are minor chips and scratches along with a few cracks in the paint. Like I said. this roadster has been used and is meant to be used. This car features an original 1927 steel body which has gone through quite a bit of metal work and now shows off a nice deep shine. The doors have been welded shut so you'll have to be able to step in this one. Keep in mind that this roadster has a small interior and may not be comfortable for someone above 6' and or 200+ lbs. The suspension is firm meaning you will feel all the bumps in the road. it's not a bad thing but I figure I would mention it for those not familiar with this type of setup.
