1936 Ford ConvertibleNOSTALGIC Hot RodVintage built Hot rod.NOSTALGIC RODA true time capsuleBuilt by a Older Hot Rod guy 20 years ago.There is NO Modern parts on this build. No Billet on Chinese parts.There is only 500 Miles on this car sense it was build 20 years ago..It was the owner pride and joy and just didn't want anything to happen to it.. Its time to sell Someone will be getting a great Vintage Hot Rod after Auction Because there is No Reserve.. The High Bidder will own it in a week...Starting with the Drive train* The Motor is a Chevy 350 Crate motor with only 500 miles on it. The intake is a Edelbrock Duel Plane intake this a Holley four barrel. One wire Alternator. Duel Exhaust, alker Radiator Oldsmobile Air Cleaner.*The Transmission is a Rebuilt Turbo 350. With a Gennie Shifter.* Rear end is a Ford 8in from a Maverick it has a open diff with 3:10 gears The rear end is held in with mono leafs. There is drum brakes on the rear.*The Front end in a Mustang II with a Power Rack and Power disk brakes.*The Frame is a 1936 Ford that was boxe, 7 Cadillac Hub caps*The Gauges are 40 ford and all work but the speedo stop working think it is the speedo gear in transmission. Steering wheel is a 46 mercury wheel that is Flawless.*There is a heater and it works great.*There is no radio or window glass* The seat and door panels were redone 20 years ago and are in good shape no holes but show signs of were on the drivers side seat bottom.* The body is unreal.. 2 in chopped out of the windshield. Front Glass and trim is perfect. All chrome is in great shape and all original. Lazer straight with no cracks. Look at the gaps there perfect. The doors close with no effort. ( check Videos ) The body work is perfect. The paint in some spots (Dash, ear drivers Fender) has small bumps in the clear coat. Might be able to be wet sanded out. Not bad but it is there check photos.. The convertible boot cover was custom made.. Have the bows but they were never installed. They will come with the sale if the new owner would like to install..
There is also no glass in the doors but have everything to install glass. This Car in very clean and very dependable. Fly into Milwaukee and Drive home.. Or can help with loading for its travel to its new home. Have to Problem selling over seas. This Car has had the same owner for over 30 years.
