1929 Shay Roadster with Custom Paint, very low mileage

Description for Ford Model A 1929

Built in 1980 by Shay for the Ford Motor Company. The body is Fiberglass and has a Pinto Frame. Originally was a Model A, ut has been modified to look like a Roadster. I have the title in hand, ue to the Roadster modification the title has "rebuilt" on it. I bought it from the fellow that did the modification. There is less than 5000 miles on the odometer. The gauges are Dolphins. Interior is Ostrich Leather. Glass Packs and a Split Manifold make the 4 cylinder Pinto engine rumble like a big engine, ut is easy on the gas. Engine and transmission have no issues whatsoever. I am only selling because I need a knee replacement, aking using a clutch very painful. It is a beautiful car, ooks just like pictured. It has always been garage kept. The original Model A came with a top, ut when it was changed to a Roadster the top was not used. I am selling it with the original top and side curtains, ut to use it the car would have to have side mounts and snaps installed. I just used it as a convertible so never had the top installed.
Here are the minor issues: 2 paint chips, ne on the driver side running board and one on the front splash pan, hat have been touched up with matching paint. Look closely at the photos to see what they look like!!
Four small cracks in the paint where the fiberglass has flexed. Look at the photos!!
The gas gauge reads odd. When it shows 3/4 it is full and when it shows full I put in about 5 gallons and that fills the tank.
I have the car for sale locally so I reserve the right to end the auction early.
