Here's an original 50's Vintage Custom '31 Model A Cabriolet. Built by Leonard Albert in 1957 in Los Angeles CA as a show car and stored as a time capsule. Dec '61 Rod & Custom, opular Hot Rodding Nov '62 Magazine cover feature car. Photo album documenting the frame off custom build. Pictures showing Leonard and his father preparing the body in silver base coat for the coming 20 coats of candy apple red paint. Gil's Top Shop in LA was commissioned to the interior in white naugahyde roll and pleat upholstry includinf the rumble seat, ide panels and cabrio roof. '34 Model C 4 cylinder with a Weiand 8:1 aluminum head, owndraft 97 carb, epher manifold, ustom tube headers. Engine just rebuilt w/ new pistons, ater pump, uel pump rebuilt carburetor and she's back to her former glory! '40 Ford Hydraulic brakes, -1/2" drop axle, ear spring eyes reversed and monroe truck shocks for a nice nice ride. Motorola radio and speaker installed behind rear seat. Chrome 15" reverse wheels and vintage US Royal Deluxe wide white walls tires. Last licenced in 1974 with CA black plates. Hood with louvered side panels included. Any Questions?
