This is a 1957 Ford Fairlane 500 Skyliner Retractable Hardtop. It is a rolling chassis, ith many parts having been taken off. I have taken pictures showing the major parts that are included. There are many containers with additional parts, ut I don't know if all of the parts are there. I have an engine and a transmission.They are from the correct time period, ut not the originals. This is a restoration/project/parts car.Please ask questions, nd I will do my best to answer them. If you need additional photos, can take them for you. I have decoded the VIN plate: D7UW202792 D=312 v8, =1957, =Louisville, =Fairlane 500 Hide-Away Hardtop, he final number is the production number (of all fords off the line). 51A=Fairlane 500 Hide-Away Hardtop, ZE3=Coral Sand/Colonial White, G=Brown Airweave vinyl interior, 3H=3rd of August, =fordomatic transmission, =3.56:1 gear ratio. These were rare cars, nly 20,766 produced total. I don't know the breakdown for this engine/color combination, ut there aren't many out there. I purchased from a barn in 1997 expecting to restore it. I have paid many times over the purchase price in storage fees since then, nd I don't see any restoration in its future with me. It needs a good home, nd to be brought back to its previous glory. The buyer needs to pick up the car, won't ship it. $500 down through paypal within 48hrs. If I haven't heard from the buyer in 7 days, will keep the deposit and re-list the car.
