Description for Ford F-100 1971
This is a good running 1971 Ford F-100 SWB truck that has had a Mustang 5.0 Liter engine swap. It starts up good, uns and drives good. It has an automatic overdrive transmission that shifts out good. The shifter is a B&M shifter and has been moved to the floor with a nice console around it. It has cup holders. The paint on the truck looks to be original and has good Patina with only surface rust around the body trim. The bed is the original metal bed and is not all rusted out. The interior has a nice comfortable bench seat. None of the original gauges work but it has an oil pressure aftermarket gauge installed that does work. The underside looks good with only minor rust in the drivers side cab corner. The bed, loor pans and rockers look good for an unrestored truck. It has good tires. This is a truck that you could drive and enjoy and fix it up as you want when you want. I would not be afraid to drive this truck on long distance trips but of course anything can happen on these old vehicles. I do have alot more pics that you are welcome to look at if interested. Just let me know. This truck is also For Sale locally and on other sites so auction could end early. It is being sold AS IS with no warranty given or implied in anyway. As always Pre Sale inspections are welcomed and encouraged so you will know exactly what you are bidding on but this must be done BEFORE END OF AUCTION!! If you bid and meet reserve and are high bidder at end of auction then you own it. It's simple as that. This truck is being sold with a current Georgia registration only. You will be able to get a title in your state with the paperwork I give you so don't worry about this. Truck came from Alabama and did not have a title from Alabama when we bought it so anything older than 1986 without a title Georgia will not issue a title. Any questions please ask. Thanks for looking
