Description for Ford Mustang 1965
1965 Ford Mustang Fastback GT350R Recreation. I have spent the last year building this car and am only selling to pursue a different business venture. This car started life as a 200ci 6-cylinder, spd auto. The car was already fully restored when I purchased it a year ago and I have converted it from a street car to a track ready 'R' model. It is titled and registered in California and is streetable. I have all receipts for the build. Keep in mind this car is NOT perfect. There are various imperfections that give the car character. I built it to have a patina that gives it an original look. It has fooled many Shelby enthusiasts upon close look. Please call or text me with any questions (916) 837-7935.Body:

Things to note about car:
Engine has a few small oil leaks (rear main seal and front main seal)
Transmission has a leak from tailshaft housing bushing
Steering box has a small drip
Some clear coat has chipped away around perimeter of rear window (this occurred during installation of lexan rear window)
Passenger side floor pan has a few tiny holes (appears to have been repaired before)
I would recommend installation of an oil catch tank (motor makes a lot of crankcase pressure when your on the gas)
