1952 Ford Mainline 4 door. Police? California car

Description for Ford Mainline 1952

Selling my 1952 Ford Mainline 4 door sedan. I bought this car about 8 years ago to make a vintage police car clone but never got to it. It's got a straight 6 and Fordomatic (automatic) transmission. The body is very straight, here is some bubbling but no rust through on the body. The trunk and floorpans look good. I last had the car on the street about 4 years ago and drove it around my lot. The car starts and runs with a jump,the battery in it (6 volt) is low. the motor sounds good but it sounds like it has an exhaust manifold leak. The transmission shifter may need to be adjusted, hen the shifter is in D the car is in reverse, can't get the car to go in a forward gear. It isn't ready for the street without full servicing., ut I don't have the time.  This is a project, on't plan on driving it home!!! Some extra parts in the trunk. This is the base Mainline model and would make a great police car, t has the spotlight already on it. Clear title, ut of the DMV system. Sold AS-IS
