This is a very nice 57 Ford. I have owned the car for about 5 years and have upgraded various items during my ownership. The paint is very good with a few chips here and there that have been touched up. The engine was overhauled prior to my buying the car and runs smooth with no issues. I replaced the water pump. radiator and battery. The transmission shifts as it should. The interior is excellent. everything works even the clock. I replaced the headliner and added new carpet. All the chrome is show quality. The stainless trim is good with a few dings here and there. The front and back window rubber molding was replaced. The tires are excellent. The windows have some delamination on the edges not visible when they are full up or down. The car has manual steering and brakes. In the pictures you see two different sets of hubcaps. The ones included are the sunburst caps in the majority of pictures that were original equipment on 57 Ford cars. When I installed them shortly after I bought the car they were NOS and still are in excellent condition. The car has always been kept in a heated garage. Front bumper guards included. Not so good: The drivers vent window has a crack in the lower corner. The rear main seal leaks a bit of oil. (A replacement seal is included. ) The rear seat cloth has faded over the years and I have NOS replacement material included. The rear trunk lid should be repositioned for a better fit. I never got around to it although it is an easy fix. This is a very solid 57 Ford that gets lots of attention everywhere it goes. It is a local show award winner because of the stunning color combination and overall condition. Skirts shown in some pictures are included. Call Jim. 219 455-1787 or message with questions.
