Beautiful and rare 1964 Galaxie 500 convertible. This is a TX rust free excellent driver with tons of new parts. The car has gone a complete overhaul any worn out parts have been replaced. The paint is less then a year old and it shines and presents very nice with a base coat clear finish. This is an upper end driver quality paint with very little imperfections. it would hold it's own in any local show or car meet. The floor & trunk pans are original with no rust holes or repairs. The complete power brake & steering system has been gone through and any old parts have been replaced. The car stops & steers very good. The transmission is an automatic and shifts really nice and clean. The Interior has new seat covers and there is no rips or tears in any panels. The drivers seat is a rare option power that still works fine. The 390 Fe engine has just been rebuilt with a mild cam. barrel intake & holly carb. She sounds nice and the engine comes with a warranty from City Motors of Dallas. The top is a few years old and looks nice with no holes or damage. The tops lift cylinders are new and it goes up with ease. The wheels are vintage torque thrust style form back in the 60's. The bright work is nice with a little normal wear but presents really nice. the rear bumper has been re-chromed. Plenty of resto pictures can be sent if requested as well.
