1947 ford 1 ton flat bed truck

Description for Ford Other Pickups 1947

This is a 1947 Ford 1 ton flatbed truck that i sandblasted and primed the body, here is some pitting but very few rust holes, he back of the cab lower area is the worst with pitting and rust, owever i did purchase cab corners that need installed. The body is in overall great shape including the cab, he drivers side floor has some wear and a few small rust holes. The engine has been rebuilt by a local machine shop and ran great before i disassembled the truck, he water pumps will need to be replaced due to some leaking from the weep holes and the carb. will need to be replaced, t had a lag upon taking off but after that point the truck ran great. The generator and starter are original and rebuilt and work great, new battery will go with the sale. The exhaust is new to the rear of the truck. The radiator is new, he fuel tank has been sealed and is in good working order but will need a new sending unit for the fuel gauge to operate. The truck will need the wiring harness rebuilt or replaced as well as the light switch, was also going to replace the throttle and choke linkage. The windshield wiper motor will need to be rebuilt and the windshield seals too, did purchase new windshield glass. The glass window in the back of the cab will need replaced. The brakes have all been replaced, heel cylinders, aster cylinders, rake lines, nd the e-bake is in working order. The frame will need sand blasted and painted or what ever is the desired finish. The steering will need the right tie rod end assembly, he king pins are new, he steering column tube is broken and will need welded or replaced as well as the steering gear box will need rebuilt. The seat has been rebuilt and looks great, t is dark green in color. This truck comes with a push bumper that was original on this truck, t is sandblasted. The running boards are going to need some work, rivers side is in better shape than the right side which is dented and need s some work. The grill is in good shape as well as trim on the hood, nd the hood is in excellent shape and will need very little body work, he hood springs will need replaced. The truck has the original jack and tire tools, ub caps, he wheels are original with new tubes and used tires. Thanks for looking at this add, lease feel free to message me for more info.
