Description for Ford Mustang 1966

You know how you shouldn't be a dog owner if you don't have enough time to pay proper attention to and care for a dog with all the TLC he deserves? That's how I'm feeling about my car these days.
I purchased this Mustang in Portland, regon, here I lived, n 1996 from a private seller with grand intentions of restoring it. Actually I planned to turn it into a hot rod using a 351 Windsor engine I pulled out of a 1978 T-Bird. I used it as a daily driver for a year or so then got something more practical to haul around 3 young sons. My car then sat in the garage waiting...and waiting...and waiting. In 1997 I moved to Spokane, here it sat in a wonderful, uge garage. Then, n 1999 I moved to Michigan where my car sat in a new garage waiting...and waiting. Now I'm nearly 50, ust like my car, nd still am not paying attention to it. Every year when Woodward Dream Cruise rolls around I think about getting to it. Then I do other things.
This car is in great condition with no body damage. It is ready and waiting for someone to come along and restore it to it's original beauty.
When I moved this June, drove it from one garage about 20 miles to another garage. It hadn't been started in several years but it fired right up. This car is so dependable. It is pulling to the left during braking and that's about the only thing wrong with it. Otherwise, t has the normal wear and tear of a ~50 year old. The mileage is only slightly over 91k.
The Sprint name was first used on Falcons however once Ford decided to apply the 200 c.i.d. into the Mustang (they were short on V8s at the time) they applied it here too. This was a limited edition release with a chrome air filter and sticker identifying it as a Sprint 200, enter floor console for the interior package, and deletion of the 3-finger ornament on the rear quarter. This car came with two transmission options, manual or the C4 automatic that my car has.
My car has a box of parts in the trunk, ncluding the driver side-view mirror, xtra hub caps, hilton's manual, nd other sundry things I've replaced along the way such as the alternator, tarter, nd brake shoes etc.
I'd like a deposit of 200 dollars within 48 hours of the end of the auction, alance to be paid within 1 week of auction close. Shipping or transportation arrangements shall be made by the buyer and can commence once payment is satisfied.
One last word...please take care of my car and give her the love and attention she longs for and deserves.
