1979 Pace Car

Description for Ford Mustang 1979

1979 Mustang Pace Car up for sale. Vehicle was purchased in Nebraska 3years ago with intention to restore. I do not have the time to start the project. Car overall in good condition. No through rust anywhere on body. Body is solid with surface rust under molding on passenger door and on floor pan under vehicle. Vehicle runs with good oil pressure. Runs poorly till warmed up, ay need carb rebuild. Paint is faded and will need interior re-upholstered as indicated in pictures. Has typical cracked dash pad. Bodyarea around license plate is pushed in.Will need new tires.The engine plastic vacuum lines are missing and A/C is inop. It has a new motorcraft battery, lutch cable and master cylinder. I also have 4 extra aluminum factory TRX wheels in better shape than the ones on the car, nd new Marchal fog lamps. Also have factory shop manuals come with the car.
