ONE OF A KIND 1955 GRUMMAN LAUNDRY STEP VAN WITH ORG. PATINA STILL ON IT. CROWN LAUNDRY out of Indianapolis bought it new in 55.
TITLED AS A 1955 FORD DO TO THE POWERTRAIN THAT IT CAME WITH ONCE THE GRUMMAN BODY WAS MOUNTED ON THE CHASSIS.
123 INCH WHEEL BASE. RARE WHEELBASE.
Start at the front. Custom headlights out of 1933 Chevy truck.53 Chevy truck front bumper flattened out.
ENGINE 2006 LS1 with a 4L60E. 102K on engine still running strong with performance tune up and headers.New eldbrook oil pan, 0M wires.
CHASSIS S10 ext. cab frame. All new frontend, rakes front and brake. Frame painted with KBS Coatings.

AIRRIDE Airlift 2V kit 8 setting manifold.FRONT shockwavesREAR Firestone 2850 bags.2 Viair 480 compressors, ith 2 5 gallon tanks on each side of frame.
BACK END 3 sets of 55 T-bird taillights which sequential lights, ith a vintage 3rd. STOP brake light. New tinted door glass.
INSIDE IS WHERE A LOT OF THE CUSTOM WORK IS!!!
6inch aluminum channel from front to back which can be taken out if needed. Has body channeled 4.5 inch over the frame.rear wheel wells raised 4 inches. Has custom build steel frame around transmission for safety.
ALUMINUM FLOORHas two storage compartments between the seats, ne has Airride manifold in the smaller one.
CUSTOM DASH and ENGINE COVER.59/60 Impala with Dakota Digital gauges on custom aluminum dash. With a 18 inch aluminum steering wheel trucker style. Engine cover frame custom around LS1 with aluminum custom cover pinstriped to match headliner, auge cluster, nd stripping on the outside.
SEATS and HEADLINERSeat are put of 06 town and county van 2nd and 3rd row seats. Headliner has custom pinstriped aluminum panel with maroon and gray interior around it.
