Description for Ford Model A 1929

1929 model A roadster pick up rebuilt by Howdie Leadbetter in 1996 as a full show car recreation of the Ala kart 1959 AMBR winning Barris show car. at the time this car was built the original was a burnt out hulk somewhere in Nevada or Arizona. this car is an updated version in that it has a typical chev 350 V8 and TH350 trans with fully chromed jag rear and dropped front axle. everything on the car is either custom paint to match the original, pholstered or chrome. including everything under the car including the underside of the fenders matches the top side. i bought the car from the Petersen Museum collection where it had been for ten year until they had a change of direction after the Petersen's had both died. my collection is moving in a different direction now and i am clearing space. during my time i have driven the car a few times and it runs and drives nice for a twenty year old hot rod. there was a feature of the build done in 1996 i used to have a copy.On Nov-23-15 at 18:57:59 PST, eller added the following information:
