This car has an interesting story 20+ years ago I found this car in a junk yard in north east pa I was going to buy just the fender, doors ,hood, ct for other mustang projects when I notice the vin this car is the 88th car off the assmb line for 1970 after a closer inspection the car was very solid and I bought the whole car. the car sat for 10 years and I restored it to a driver quality car, y daughter drove it in high school for 4 years and it has been driven off and on for the last 4 years, THE GOOD). Car runs great shifts good no problems motor and trans out of 72 torino Motor freshend up NOT REBUILT trans orig and rear (THE BODY) like I said very solid car to begin with 1 patch in pass side floor, ower pass side quarter patch, rig door, enders, ood, runk lid all having some patch work. Front and rear frame rails, runk pans, orq boxes nice and solid. New brake lines front and rear. New pads, otors, alipers ect. New dual exhaust, ew tire, new gas tank( ADDED OPTIONS) Tilt whee, onsole, rig tinted glass, ear defrost, ach 1 grill, mach 1 light teak interior, upgraded after market shaker front spoiler (THE BAD) needs power steering hose (leeks a little) glass is not perfect (sratches windshield ) small rip in front seat 1/2". could use new light switch, mall paint chips hear and there but no major prob. needs trans arm for floor shift car (IT WAS A COLOUM SHIFT TRANS) only goes from 2nd to park I AM SURE I MISSED SOMTHING HEAR OR THERE. This is a great entry levelmustang to drive and enjoy I have had many fords in the past and used the best orig parts I had for this car.
