Nice 1963 Fairlane 500 2 door post car. Has been off the road since at least 1990. No rust. new paint. new tires. rebuilt 289 with toploader 3 speed. New clutch. starter. Car will start. Nice complete interior. new carpet. etc. Dash is like new. All lights. blinkers work fine. Bypassed heater core. New windshield and back window installed with new rubber. Nice bumpers and side chrome. Did install new rear floor pans. Trunk pan is perfect. This Fairlane is very nice. very easy to finish. Car still needs exhaust. gas tank and should have new brakes. Car is for sale locally so I reserve the right to pull this listing at any time if the reserve isnt met. On Dec-28-14 at 10:59:03 PST. seller added the following information:Also. I thought it was important to point out that the car is non-operational at this point due to 4 issues: no exhaust. no gas tank. no battery and non operational brakes. The brakes could be made operational easily by adding brake fluid to the rebuilt master cylinder. I have not inspected the brakes on the car but they probably do work.
