1966 Mustang Coupe - Restomod project

Description for Ford Mustang 1966

Started Restomod project but due to school and family commitments cannot complete (financially or time). Car has 289-2v and C4 tranny (installed but not hooked up and running). Floors were replaced but not cleanly at edges. Needs some grinding and finish work around seams where they overlap, hen undercoating. No exhaust at this time as I was going to install a full factory GT system. Glass is all in tact and nice, ll trim still in place. Nice headliner. Really just needs someone to put the finishing touches and paint on the car then reassemble.

New & Replaced (Front end)

Front frame rails, atter tray, ront fenders, 5 honeycomb grille and surrounds, helby front valance, helby fiberglass hood, iper motor, oltage regulator, omplete one piece wire harness from firewall forward, rab-a-Trak shocks and 620# springs, pper & lower control arms (Shelby drop completed), oly bushings, nd links, eavy duty front sway bar, umper brackets and supports, ront park lights, eadlight buckets and trim surrounds, ll new nuts, olts and fasteners where used for above mentioned parts and were ordered in assembly packets from Virginia Classic Mustang.

New & Replaced (interior)

Dash pad and metal surrounds, hite face gauges, eater controls, arpet and underlayment, love box, eat risers, ll new assembly hardware was ordered from Virginia Classic Mustang for installation of mentioned parts as well as for center console.

New & Replaced (rear end)

Full quarter panels, runk floor and drop downs, rab-a-Trak shocks, rame rails, uel sending unit

New or NOS parts not installed

Pony interior upholstery, ucket seat foam, ull length console, oor sill plates, un visors, ty window weatherstrip, indow cranks, river door, ront and rear bumpers, T rear valance w/cutout for exhaust exits, riginal 66 grill w/corral, /p>

Many more miscellaneous parts in boxes that I have purchased in preparation for the project. Time and money commitments are not in my favor and I cannot complete. A great start for someone to finish.
