This is a 1958 Ford Fairlane 500 Skyliner retractable hard top. True Barn Find pulled out for a chance to live again.. The Skyliner is a project car and requires some work to back on the road, was disassembled to be completely restored and was never finished, there are some missing pieces like moldings pass side, rear seat, rear window,etc, the car is 90% complete and got nice hood and trunk lid from onother 58, some extra parts loaded inside, the price reflects missing parts and would be $3k higher if a complete car, the motor dosnt run of long storage but drivetrain is complete, the floors are good, requiring only a couple patches under the rear seat and in the trunk, the rocker panels are typical rusty, the roof is in really good condition and fairly complete, have Washington State title. I'm trying to represent as honest as i can but i have not layed out every piece and inventoried the car and parts, the car is for sale as project for very fair price, fully restored is worth more then $70k and this is really very rare 58 Skyliner retractable roof (1 of only 14,713 produced), great deal for Skyliner collectors or resto shops.
