1933/34 Ford Custom High Boy Frame

This rolling chassis is for a 1933-1934 Ford High Boy. I do not know who is the manufacture of this frame.
It has Independent Front End with Rack and Pinion Steering.
It has been stored inside for about 20 years. There is only surface rust on the frame.
