Up for sale is a 1985 Ford F250 V8 big block Dually 4x4 single cab... i havent seen a truck like this in California for a long time, its definitely a rare unit... The truck had one owner since new from Ojai CA until recently the owner traded it in for a new truck.. its been babied and it shows.. its your chance to buy a nice solid classic.. over 140 HD pictures have been uploaded on this pag, just scroll down to vie, so you know exactly what your bidding on..
The exterior looks very nice and original for its age, very solid rust free body and fram, has 2 minor rust spots on the lower part of the doors as picture, otherwise its a Cali truck,, never seen snow in its life.. all lights wor, horn works, all glasses in good shape, looks very nice and heavy duty .. overall a solid looking rig that turns heads everywhere you drive..
the interior is very nice as pictured.. dash has no crack, , all gauges work fine, the steering wheel had a cover on it since ne, i just took the cover off, its like new.. the texture is still on it, the seat is in great shape, the rubber mat has one torn spo, door panels are clea, manual windows and door locks work fine, non smoker owner and overall a very clean interior ..the aftermarket tape player and the radio still work, also included are some old tapes :) and the original owners manual and some records.
Mechanically in good shape.. it only has 115k origina, the big block V8 starts up nicely and needs a couple minutes to warm up every morning before you hit the road..the Holley Carburetor has just been rebuilt by the best guy in town, the motor sounds good, and the transmission shifts fine through all gear, the 4x4 engages fine and has hardly been used since new, has many new parts such as master cylinder, alternato, smog pump, Carbureto, and more.. the power steering pump has the typical oil lea, typical ford.. otherwise very clean.. the AC has been retrofitted to the new R134 system and the AC compressor has been upgraded to new syste, but it does not blow col, it will need to be recharged/serviced.. heater work, it has dual gas tanks and the switch works fine to switch tanks.. has electric trailer brakes if you ever want to tow, heavy duty towing package.. brakes are fine ... overall its a nice truck if you love fords..
the camper shell can be easily removed if you dont like it..
