This car has never seen snow or salt it was in California from 1968 to 2005 and from 2005 to 2013 in Arizona. I bought it 2 years ago and it has been in my garage. The previous owner insist the odometer is correct at 53000 miles I have no way to prove it but I believe him. 1968 mustang coup. I hated to take this car out of the garage in the winter but I had to take photos. And I really hate to sell it but being out of work changes priorities. I bought this car two years ago. My sister lives in Arizona she found this car down the street from her for sale and called me. As soon as I saw the underside of the car I wanted it. I knew at the time I paid more than I would ever get out of it but I dident care because I also new it would be hard to ever find one as original as this one again. The car is a 1968 mustang coupe with original factory installed 289 Eng. power steering power brakes and front disc brakes all the codes match vintage burgundy paint with brandy wine interior. It also has a aftermarket air conditioner I have never had it checked or filled with Freon but I think that is all it needs. Somebody put an alarm system on the car so you can lock and unlock the doors with the remote. It also has a power antenna that goes up and down when you turn the radio on and off. I have had two things done to the car since I bought it. I had a nice dual exhaust with flow master mufflers put on It sounds great I also put a new rear bumper on it. The underside of this mustang is the best I have ever seen untouched there are still spots where the original pint is still on it. Solid everywhere underneath. The motor is not all chromed out if you like that it will be easy to do that but I wanted to leave it original. The car has its original quarters on it they have never been cut. The interior is original with just a few splits in the seems the dash is good there is a small amount of fading on the dash plates the black parts. The paint is far from perfect there are quite a few chips that have been touched up but it looks great from 6 feet away there are a few pieces of chrome and rubber that need replaced and there are some dings on one rear quarter that where touched up. See the video it shows them good. The tiers are good and the wheels are regular rims with hub caps but they look good. This is a a great car. I have the Marty report and original owners manual. I need to sell this car to pay bills but I will not sell it cheap if it dosent sell for my price than I will find another way.
