Overall. this car is a very acceptable driver that has been restored and well maintained over the years. This 1957 Ford Fairlane 500 Victoria has a replacement 351cid Cleveland power plant coupled to its original FordMatic C3 Automatic transmission and rear end. The engine is a new replacement that has been bored . 009 over with upgraded ignition etc to provide a more reliable and powerful driving experience. She has an oversize Aluminum Radiator. MSD Electronic Ignition. nbsp;Power Steering and an upgraded Alpine in-dash stereo Cassette. The current owner (we think the third) has owned the car for over eleven years and has overseen much of the work that was done on the car. He completely restored the interior in 2006. Two years ago. the body was taken down to the metal and any rust was professionally dealt with using sheet metal not bondo. The two areas that were replaced are the lower left rear quarter and the lower drivers door. All receipts for work done while in the possession of the current owner are available and come with the car. This is a driver that is in very good condition. It is a car that will provide its new owner many miles and hours of cruising and will do very well at local car shows.
