On Nov-22-16 at 09:03:09 PST, seller added the following information:
* This car has a really nice flowmaster dual exhaust system with H Pipe. * Sounds amazing - the motor does have a mild comp cam, so it has a really nice sounding idle. **This car never overheats- has a heavy duty aluminum radiator and fan shroud . I've driven it in 100 degree Texas weather with the a/c on with no trouble at all.
The only things I can think of that are not working are the following: 1) back up lights- these are just the little round lights in the rear valance that come on in reverse. They just need bulbs- they are very hard to put in without removing the light bezel. All other light, break lights turn signals, etc, work great. 2) the radio is good- but there are no speakers. the radio fits the original dash- nothing has been cut. 3) the heater blower needs a better ground. it runs sometimes. These heaters ground through the fan speed sector switch -, sometimes an extra ground wire needs to be added. i put a temporary ground wire to check it, and it runs perfectly. I'll see if I can fix that heater ground . This car is fun to drive - pump the gas one time on a cold morning, and it fires up instantly - extremely reliable. Hate to sell this one - I've had several mustangs, and this is the best one I've ever had.
I'm adding pictures of some of the receipts I have for work done on this car a few years ago by Ford Specialties in Houston- a very well respected classic mustang shop. the receipts included are for 1) complete transmission overhaul 2) complete new sanderson a/c system 3) new fuel system including new tank, fuel lines, fuel pump and a $385 holley carb. 4) new suspension and brake work
