1965 Galaxie Convertable Roller , No engine or Tranny

Description for Ford Galaxie 1965

I have a 1965 Galaxie Convertible Roller ( no engine or tranny) . I bought it about 5/6 months ago off craigslist from a guy in Denver Colorado. I have the title to the car in the glove box of the car, The story I was told is that the seller got it from his Uncles Estate after he died. His Uncle rebuilt the 390 engine and tranny and started to work on the body of the car and passed away. The seller took the 390 out and put it into his 1966 Galaxie 500 coupe since he only had a 289 engine in it.I bought it to restore but just haven't got around to it yet and probably won't for awhile becauseI am just to busy with work right now. When I got it I put it right in my storage unit and it has satthere ever since then, The car needs need work on both lower quarter panels/ the front driver sidefender and head light bezel have a dent and need to be fixed or replaced, He said the floors and trunk are good but I never got a chance to check. The interior is all there that I can see and needto be redone. It does have bucket seats and automatic center console. The top is all torn and has apiece of plexi glass temp as the back window, It is in the up position and was told it functions as it should but again haven't checked. It has no brakes and does roll, it was pushed into my storage unit.Its worth it to buy just for the parts or restore. Up to you, I am selling as is were is without any warranty.
