1932 Ford Pickup Truck for auction. All original Henry Ford Steel. This truck was a running. driving hot rod until some point in the 90's. Body: The metal on the cab is overall very good condition. Passenger door was partially caved in at some point. it will need metal worked. but there is plenty of good steel to work with. Only spot I see rust issue is some old patch work at the bottom. back of the cab floor. The subrails. door jambs. cab corners are VERY nice. I pulled old interior off the doors and found shiny paint. Cab has all working door parts and glass. except rear glass. Has original gas tank under seat that would clean out. Also has useable original seats that have been recovered. Nice original steel dash and dash insert. Working cowl vent too. Bed: Original all steel long bed and tailgate are in very good shape. A few knicks and dings. but I can only find one small rust hole in the floor of the bed. Hood/Grille: Commercial 1932 Grille shell. Shell has been pushed in some on the face of grill bars near bottom. but easy fixer. Hood top is original to truck. nd there are good useable 20 louver hood sides as well. Stock firewall is fixable. was cut out for a larger motor at some point. Firewall feet are very strong. Chassis: Stock chassis has been modified over time. Unboxed. Has near mint 1932 "HEAVY" axle and unsplit bones with 40 brakes. K member has been cut on. Rear of frame was lengthened some to accomodate mounting of parallel leafs. but wheelbase is unchanged. Front horns have been bobbed off but go with it. Nice set of Guide Headlights. Has later model GM 10 bolt rear. Set of 1940 Ford 16" wheels. very nice. Rears have brand new Firestone 7. 50/16 Bias Ply. Front tires are gone. I can provide rollers if needed.
