UP for auction is my 79 F-350 Supercab cummins diesel . needs to be finished . I'll try to cover the important stuff. but i'm sure I will miss things as there is too much to write here I welcome any questions from serious bidders and can give my phone # upon request. Original truck is a true x36 truck meaning a 1 ton 4x4 supercab witch FORD only made somewhere around 1700 of. This truck is an original RANGER XLT CAMPER SPECIAL also so im sure that puts it in the almost extinct category. Frame original to the truck. Cab and front clip were removed from a 1 ton 79 2wd from ARIZONA so nothing more than suface rust anywhere. Box came from South Carolina and same for rhat just superficial rust. Extreemly straight and original Ford body will make for a quality restoration once painted. All of the "mock up" work and fabrication has been done including engine mounts. transmission mounts. hydraulic clutch set up . custom professionally built and balanced driveshafts. intercooler and piping etc. hundreds of hours doing the hard stuff . Chassis has been sandblasted and is ready for your choice of finish . Paint the body if you choose and its ready to finish assembly. Drivetrain sits at 3. 5 degrees to mimick the original drivetrain. Everything in the drivetrain fits as it should and is easy to install. Four trucks were purchased and completely disassembled to build this one. 94 dodge 2500 with 167. 00 easy miles for the 12 valve CUMMINS. 89 F-350 Cab and chassis for the Zf5 and Borg warner 1356 Transfer case (Heavy Duty pto version). original 79 supercab. and 2wd supercab from Arizona. Tons of hours . money and time spent. Destroked adapter plate. I have two different interiors one is red one is brow your choice. standard or pop out supercab windows. Original camper special wheels 16. 5 x9 with the original hubcaps. bumpers etc etc. you will need very few things to complete this truck. Only reason for sale is time . If someone has the time to paint and finish assembly it will be an awesome truck. I do have a video of the engine running I could try to send upon request . runs beautiful. Also a Ford Sterling 10. 25 rear axle to handle the extra torque. Naturally this truck will have to be trailered . clear nys title matching door vin tag. Thanks for looking.
