The car starts right up and runs extremely well. The 302 c.i. engine is very responsive, sounds great, idles smoothly and accelerates positively. The transmission shifts smoothly and sharply through all the gears. The entire drive-train is solid and tight. The brakes, steering and suspension are all in proper working order. All mechanical, electrical and climate control systems are in good working order. The air conditioning needs to be serviced. All power windows work great!
The odometer reading is 19,302, however we believe the total original miles to be 119,302.
Cosmetically the car is very attractive, honest and completely untouched. The paint finish is all original and has a lustrous shine. There are minimal nicks, chips, dings, etc. The overall appearance is excellent. This car is crisp and clean, it is hard to believe it is 40 years old. Most importantly this is a 100% rust free (body, chassis, frame) California car since new without a single spec of rust or repair. The hood ornament is missing.Other than that the condition is amazing!
The interior is lovely and very clean. The leather shows beautiful. The seats are in remarkable condition showing very minimal wear ONLY on the drivers seat bolster. Otherwise I would say near mint. The headliner is very good with only one small home near the passenger sun-visor. The dash is near perfect without a single crack. The door panels console and all gauges are in tip top condition.
-Nice stock wheels
-All tires hold air, however we recommend new tires
-All of the chrome is A+
-Trim and weatherstripping A+
-Still bears both original front and rear "blue and yellow" license plates that have been affixed to the car since day one and verifies its California heritage.
This car is turn key and ready to be enjoyed. The new owner will be impressed with the originality of this Granada and how well it runs.

Some history if you are interested:
For the 1975 model year, the Granada was originally intended as the successor to theFord Maverick.[9]As a consequence of the1973 energy crisis, the fuel-efficient Maverick continued to grow in popularity; Ford chose to produce both cars. The Maverick was positioned as an entry-level car, while the Granada was created a new niche as “one of the most luxurious compacts on the market".[10]To appeal to potential buyers moving out of full-sized cars, the Granada retained many comfort and convenience features seen in the much larger Torino and LTD, only in a smaller package. To emphasize this, the Granada was marketed by Ford as a rival to the similarly sizedMercedes-Benz 280of the time.[11]The Maverick was produced alongside the Granada until the end of the 1977 model year.
At the top of the Granada heap was the Ghia, available as a two-door coupe or four-door sedan. Special features included extra chrome trim, wide side moldings with a vinyl rub strip, plusher interior and other Brougham Epoch accouterments.
