I am selling this 1965 Ford Mustang Convertible Factory 289 V-8. Clear Title. This "Barn Find" that has been sitting since 1981.Mustang is being sold as a restoration project.
Previous owner was the 2nd owner and parked it in 1981 after graduating High School. His plans were to restore it, but never made the time.
As the pics show, the car is in need of a full restoration. The mustang does not run or drive.Carburetor was repaired, replaced the plugs, wires, and the distributor assy in order to bring the 289 V-8 pony engine back to life.
Power convertible top mustang and the Power top does work nicely..The dash lights, turn signals, headlights, tail lights, wipers, all work..The dash is beautiful and the gauges and wood grain looks great.
An Original Twilight Turquoise paint car.. very desirable color.The car needs all of the usual sheet metal, floor pans, trunk, inner rockers, frame repair, body work, mechanical work etc...
