This vehicle was seized during a criminal investigation and awarded by the courts to auction. Please see listing and see photos as we try to list all known defects. This vehicleis registered to us, Jefferson Co Sheriff's Office in Birmingham, Al. We are conducting this auction. Please note that on the Title section of eBay there was not an "OTHER". Under Alabama Law Titles were not issued to vehicles prior to 1976. However, we have Court Order awarding us the vehicle and it is registered to us. You will get a Bill of Sale and copy of our Registration if you are the winning bidder, which should allow you to register in your respective State. Winning bidder is responsible for any and all sales taxes associated with registering in your respective State. Winning Bidder is responsible for pick up and/or delivery. Vehicle will crank, but it not drivable due to transmission slipping really bad. Must be towed or hauled. This vehicle was customized, but we would rate the customization as fair at best.   • Mileage shown on Odometer - 44,587 (We have no way of verifying if correct or not.)
  • Engine Runs good and appears to have Performance Camshaft - Has Aluminum Performance 4 Barrell Intake Manifold with Edelbrock 4 Barrell Carb. Unknown if original engine.
  • Chrome Edelbrock Air CLeaner and Valve Covers. Electric cooling fan Not working.
  • Was Column shift but Converted to B&M Mega Shifter in Floor
  • Trans - slips bad.
  • Custom Yellow Paint with White Pearl Flames - But has several rust areas (around back glass, lower fenders, lower doors, left frame rail and lower quarter panel)
  • Floor Boards look good and Rust Free
  • Duel Exhaust with Flow Master Type Mufflers - look good.
  • Interior fair to bad - dash pad cracked bad. Seats were custom recovered, but front driver seat dirty.
  • Seat is broken loose and needs repairing.
  • Equus 22 inch Chrome Rims with Yellow Inserts - Tire 265/35R22 all 4 tires different makes, but same size. All about 80% tread or better left.
  • Drivers Door handle on outside does not work.
  • Brake light on dash is on, but brakes work fine.
  • Has aftermarket Oil Pressure and Water Temp Gauges. Oil light flashes on dash, but Gauge shows 42 psi at idle.
  • Bottom of fenders loose - has one bullet hole in top of fender.
  • Several pieces of trim missing.
  • Has Keenwood Car Stereo system with several speakers, amps, etc. but not currently working.
  • Overall this would be a great project car to make into a true hotrod.
